The Next New Thing…

Mass media is an ever-changing road, constantly under construction. Just ten years ago, cell phones were all the rage and MySpace was just gaining speed. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Google weren’t even in the beginning stages or development, and today, many of us can’t imagine a world without them.

So, what’s next? Where do we go from here?
If only those answers were as easy as the questions to ask. But, have no fear, tomorrow is just a dream away, and if we can just close our eyes and imagine interacting with someone right next to us, having full conversations with people as they walked around the room interacting with the same objects that we do, even though they are on the other side of the planet.

Holographic Manifestations. That’s how.

Yesterday, you had to rely on your mom’s recipe card to make her world-famous lemon meringue pie, because she lives in a completely different state and can’t be there for you when you make it. Tomorrow, thanks to HM, Inc, she will be able to help you make it, like she’s in the room with you. Telephones are obsolete, and video conferencing can only go so far, but with HM, Inc, we can bring your loved ones to you, just like you never left home.

Oh, and one last thing, if you do get tired of hearing your mother nag about how you don’t do things right, well, all you have to do is hit the handy-dandy disconnect button and just blame it on a sunspot.

Yes, we here at Holographic Manifestations have thought of everything.

Call now, our operators are standing by.

I'm older than I think I am and younger than I feel. I'm stuck in the 80's but relevant to today (oh I hope that last part is true). I think I am more of an enigma than I really am, but somehow still confound those who try to figure me out (or they just look at me weird, so I infer that). And I really hate my first name. Husband, father, Navy Vet, UCF graduate, cat owner (translate.. slave), wannabe writer, and all around big kid who is stuck in an adult world. Overall, I just... um.. something to something, blah blah blah. And that's all I got to say about that.
