Old Man Bither’s…

The cemetery spread along the area known as Devil’s Abode. Though, no one alive remembers why or how it got that name other than Old Man Bither’s. He knew a thing or two about the town history, and many of the young folk teased that the only reason he did was because he was alive back in those days.

Oh, they would tease him something horrible, calling him all kinds of names. But Old Man Bither’s paid them no mind. No, he just kept tending to the graveyard like he had been doing for years, and he would smile his toothy grin at them. Because, deep down inside, hidden away from all their prying eyes and snide remarks, he knew he was going to bury those boys one day. Just like he had been for the last two-hundred years.
