Mr. Gerbra and the Englishman…

Diamond Jack had his hideout next to the Rattle Snake River. Had. Those are the most important words. Henry, a boy from a big city back east who made his way out west last spring, had figured about where it was using some fangled circle device and something he learned from a German man named Al Gerbra. I think Mr. Gerbra must have colluded with an Englishman who lived in France cause Henry kept saying, “Sir come from France” as he was explaining what he was doing with the circles. But using the places that Diamond Jack robbed and some of his known gang members, Henry figured he would be somewhere in that valley cause that’s where all the circles connected. And dagnab it all, if Mr. Gerbra and that Englishman wasn’t right. One day, I’m going to have to find the two of them and thank them.
